WiFi Hotspot

SurfStation 10 can be configured for hotspot service in hotels, hospitals, big organizations, schools and cyber cafes. Control wired and wireless computers, phones and devices without any client software installation.

Setting up hotspot, cyber cafe and thin client connections is easy.

Thin Client Connection

Unlike it's preceding versions, SurfStation 10 can be used to monitor and billed customers on thin client computers connected to your network as shown above.

Flexible Ticketing

Prepaid tickets can be generated real-time or in advance. Customers can login and use computer as long as there is time left on his tickets and such has not expired. Additional time can be added.

Server Security

SurfStation 10 is equiped with much higher level of security than the previous versions. The server acts as a controller for all other computers and consoles in your network via LAN, WiFi hotspot and thin client systems. It stops customer usage when time is used-up or expire, maintains customers accounts, monitors staff's activities.

Client Security

When inactive, internet cafe client is locked with a protection screen. The client has also been made more secure from potential hackers. There are known hacking methods, the most sophisticated and successful being downloading and running a process viewer which is subsequently used to terminate a timer's process. SurfStation 10 is designed to withstand hacking softwares.

Sales Report

Daily and monthly sales reports are sent via E-mail. You can check out earnings and billed items for a specified time period, employee or type of service.

Restrictions

SurfStation 10 now gives you the ability to whitelist or blacklist a system from connecting to your network. You can also restrict access to local drives, CD-Rom drives, system reboot, shutdown, control panel and other personal settings on the system. You can also restrict customers from certain harmful sites that are known to infect systems with viruses.

Print Billing

SurfStation 10 includes a "cafe printers" module that monitors all printing operations on your cafe. An improvement over the previous version in print billing is it's ability to bill printing by number of copies printed. Customers time is automatically deducted when a print job is sent from the client computers by such customer. You can set different print rates for different printers on your network.

Text Messaging

SurfStation 10 gives you an option to generate more income through SMS service. Your customers can send text messages to any mobile phone around the world, while YOU make money from that! The software is designed to simply bill customers by deducting from his browsing time and record such in database for auditting. Hence, eliminating the worries of proper accounting! Moreover, you can set prices for your SMS credits.
